We used over x20 sheets of 6mm plywood cut on our CNC using specialist software to create this uniquely effective installation.
These letters have a return illumination, so the edges illuminate and the face remains black. We had the added challenge of fitting direct to glass and wiring each letter together with a neat tubular casing.

We print our sign trays before we fold them in to the sign itself, this means the graphic colour can continue from the face to the returns.
We applied a vinyl to the glass first and then adhered the letters to the vinyl, this enables a high quality finish when viewed from the other side of the glass.
